Description
Many leaders in large organizations got to where they are using behaviors and tactics that aren’t conducive to agility. Changing those deeply ingrained behaviors requires empathy, understanding, and a well thought out strategy.
We’ll briefly discuss behaviors and tactics that have led to success for many leaders, but don’t align well with an agile culture. We’ll examine how you can examine what drives those behaviors in the leaders you work with and how to influence them effectively for change.
Participants can expect to learn techniques for understanding the driving forces behind a leader’s behavior and for influencing those leaders toward a more lean / agile leadership style.
